The Morning Call’s “Be An Angel Campaign” is back for 2018!
The Morning Call’s annual “Be An Angel Campaign” runs now through January 31st, 2019. Below are our three wishes for The Gress Mountain Ranch as well as a link to the right to download the flyer. Anyone who makes a donation will be appreciated in the Morning Call newspaper, as well as on our website and Facebook pages.
Wish Number One: Sponsorships $200.00 per child per week for underprivileged children for summer “Ranch Camp.” Volunteers Needed. Monetary Donations for supplies- Soaps, Gatorades, Juices
Wish Number Two: Gift cards for Tractor Supply, Bird Mania, Quakertown Vet Clinic, Highland Animal Hospital, All Points Equine, Cunfer Veterinarian Services, Giant, Weis, Wegman’s, Leid’s & Living Things
Wish Number Three: New Refrigerator, New Commercial Washer & Dryer, New Laptop Computer, Timothy Hay, Straw, Pine shavings, Purina dry cat food, Shredded Wheat, Duck, Senior Horse , Pot-Bellied Pig Food, Alpaca Pelleted Food, Bird Millet Sprays, Juices, Canned Pumpkin, Carrots

Harnessing the Healing Power of the Human-Animal Bond
The Gress Mountain Ranch is a public charity, located in Orefield, Pa. This special place is a permanent home to 80 small/large and some exotic animals. It’s a therapeutic ranch which has its origin 20 years ago. As a non-profit volunteer organization, TGMR(The Gress Mountain Ranch), actively experiences “creative expressive therapy”, Animal-Assisted /Activities/Therapy thus bridges the connection with “hard to reach people”. Our double mission is described below.
Mission: Animals Helping People & People Helping Animals
The Gress Mountain Ranch is all about the healthy interdependence of humans and animals, and models this for the larger community. Abused and neglected animals are given life-long care to recover and thrive. Through our programs people interact with the animals to develop and deepen their personal experience of the human-animal bond. The Gress Mountain Ranch is dedicated to the mutual well-being of humans and animals by inter-twining their lives through nurturing, learning, fun, respect, healing, and celebration of life.
Our Be An Angel Campaign which starts now this November and runs through the end of January 2019, to share their 3 wishes to help support and promote the operations of the ranch to fulfill the mission. Be One of Our “Angels”, and support TGMR and our 3 wishes to enhance the lives of both people & animals.
